Wild Yam Extract: Wild yam is an adaptogen that is known for its hormone balancing properties. It is rich in antioxidants and other compounds that stimulate collagen production. It contains diosgenin, a compound that has moisturising properties that improves the skin barrier and promotes hydration. It also contains allantoin that has renowned anti-inflammatory and acne-fighting properties making it an excellent ingredient to soothe and calm sensitised skin.
Red Raspberry Leaf Extract: Red raspberry seed oil contains a high level of linoleic acid, that can help to strengthen the skin's barrier and prevent moisture loss. It also contains antioxidants such as vitamin E and polyphenols, which can help to protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals and environmental stressors.
Kakadu Plum: Kakadu plum has the highest bio available pure plant source of vitamin C and is easily and readily utilised by the skin. When topically applied, it may assist with providing antioxidant protection and works to enhance skin radiance and resilience as a brightening agent.
Kangaroo Paw Flower: Brimming with essential fatty acids that are beneficial for hydration, restoration and overall skin health. A potent antioxidant, it contains ferulic acid that acts as a photoprotective agent. Sugar alcohols assist with cooling the skin and acting as a humectant by reducing trans epidermal water loss (TEWL).
Centipedia Extract: Centipeda cunninghamii also known as 'old man's weed', was used by early settlers as a traditional medicinal plant to treat wounds and skin infections. It possesses potent anti-inflammatory, healing, soothing and restorative properties and has been proven to reduce skin inflammation and increase cell regeneration.
Flannel Flower: Flannel flower contains an abundance of phytoactive compounds including phenolics, di-caffeoyl-quinic acid, lignan, quercetin and flavonoid glycosides that work to target redness, sun damage, photo and premature ageing.
